İSTANBUL –  Pendik Belediyesi  Aşık Veysel’e selam adıyla açtığı sergi ve düzenlediği konserle ölümünün 44. Yıl dönümünde ünlü halk ozanını andı.  Pendik Belediyesi halk ozanı  Aşık Veysel’i ölümünün 44. Yılında düzenlediği programlarla andı.  Pendik Belediyesi halk ozanı  Aşık Veysel Şatıroğlu’nu ölümünün 44. Yıl dönümü nedeniyle  Aşık Veysel’e Selam” adıyla sergi açtı.  Mehmet Akif Ersoy Sanat Merkezi’nde 30 Mart’a kadar açık kalacak olan sergi aralarında  Bedri Rahmi Eyüboğlu’ndan Zeliha Akçaoğlu’na 33 sanatçının  Aşık Veysel’den ve eserlerinden ilham alarak yapılan resim, minyatür ve çizimlerden oluşuyor. Serginin açılışına  AK Parti  İstanbul  Milletvekili  Metin Külünk,  Pendik Belediye Başkanı Dr.  Kenan Şahin,  Aşık Veysel’in torunu Gündüz Şatıroğlu ile  Aşık Veysel dostları katıldı.Serginin açılışında konuşan  Aşık Veysel’in torunu Gündüz Şatıroğlu, ünlü ozanın eserlerinde hep birlik ve beraberliğin olduğunu eserlerinde asla nefret, sevgisizlik,düşmanlık gibi duyguların yer almadığını söyledi. Programa ev sahipliği yapan  Pendik Belediye Başkanı Dr.  Kenan Şahin de yaptığı konuşmada  Aşık Veysel’in taşıdığı özelliklere dikkat çekerek, ” Aşık Veysel hayatıyla sözleriyle herkese rehberlik edecek timsalde biri. Biz 5 duyusu sağlam biriyiz onun görebildiklerinin çoğunun farkında bile değiliz. Aslında eksiklik kimde ona bakmak lazım. Biz hayat içinde sele kapılmış kütük gibi gidiyorsak alayımıza geçmiş olsun. Okumamış bir irfan adamının akademilerde üniversitelerdeki alimlere ders verdiğini ibretle görüyoruz” diye konuştu.Yapılan konuşmaların ardından programa katılanlar  Aşık Veysel’e selam adlı serginin açılışını yaparak sergiyi gezdi.  Pendik Belediyesi tarafından düzenlenen ikinci anma programı ise Yunus Emre Kültür Merkezi’nde yapıldı. Klasik Türk Müziği yorumcusu  Melihat Gülses, Müzisyen Nida Ateş ve Orkestra Şefi Burcu tarafından verilen konserde ünlü ozanın eserleri seslendirildi. Verilen konser büyük beğeni toplarken konsere katılanlar zaman zaman türkülere eşlik etti.
